BASIC WEIGHTLIFTING

A 6 week program based on improving the snatch and clean & jerk by working with only the necessary exercises. There will be a competition lift done each day followed by two accessory lifts that complement the competition lifts. The program has an element of progressive overload in all lifts throughout the 6 weeks, along with a testing session as the last session of the program.
